Eka Ikthaka Mal: Empowering Differently-Abled Individuals
On the 2nd of March 2025, Project Eka Ikthaka Mal was
successfully completed, standing as a symbol of inclusivity and
empowerment. This initiative aimed to support differently-abled
children and individuals, providing them with a platform to
showcase their remarkable talents.
A key highlight of the project was the marketplace, where
participants displayed and sold their artwork, handicrafts, and
creative products. This initiative not only allowed them to express
their creativity but also helped them gain financial independence
and confidence in their abilities. The event created an opportunity
for the public to witness the extraordinary skills of these talented
individuals while fostering a sense of appreciation and support for
their work.

Safer Tomorrow 1.2
On the 16th of March 2025, Project Safer Tomorrow was
successfully conducted at the Fire Brigade and Department, Mt.
Lavinia, aiming to enhance fire safety awareness among persons
including our club members. This initiative focused on educating
participants about fire prevention, emergency response, and
essential safety measures.
The project featured an informative awareness session, where
professionals from the fire department shared crucial insights on
handling fire-related emergencies.
A key highlight of the project was the practical training session,
where participants engaged in hands-on activities. This interactive
experience helped reinforce the theoretical knowledge shared
during the awareness session.

Drugs Kill
Project Drugs Kill was successfully conducted on the 16th and 30th of
March 2025, focusing on raising awareness and supporting individuals on
their journey to recovery. This initiative aimed to educate and empower
those undergoing rehabilitation, offering them encouragement and guidance.
Drugs Kill 2.1
On the first day, a counseling session was conducted at the Senehasa
Rehabilitation Center, Piliyandala, for individuals currently in the process of
rehabilitation. The session provided emotional support, helping them cope
with the challenges of addiction recovery. A key component of the day was
the music therapy session, which played a vital role in alleviating stress and
promoting mental well-being. Additionally, interactive activities were
conducted to enhance engagement, boost self-confidence, and inspire
positive change.

Senehasa Rehabilitation Center - Piliyandala
Pipena Kekulu
Project Pipena Kekulu is more focused on improving the Mental Health of the Differently abled Students at the
Pre-Vocational Skill Development Center, Kottawa. This initiative is successfully completed on 27th of March
2025 and the Project was chaired by Leo Nuthara.
In this Project we aimed to improve to increase the mental Health of the students, and we managed to do some
interactive activities with them during the Project. We did some activities using Clay and Chalks, and it made
helped them to do some interactive activities whcih helped them to focus on those activities and improve their
Mental Health and Satbility.
