Project Biz Bloom was held on May 12th 2024 at Pathiragoda Sanasa Building. This project aimed to empower
individuals with the tools and insights needed to thrive in their careers and entrepreneurial endeavors.
This dynamic event featured an exceptional panel of speakers, Mr. Asanka Jayawardene (Director, CEO 3SIM
consultants pvt ltd/ Business consultant/ Trainer), Mrs. Kasuni Athauda (Director – DocuWiz consultancies pvt
ltd, Charted Accountant), Mrs. Rehenika Kithmini (Lecturer in IT at ICBT Campus/ Entrepreneurship Development
Consultant/ Career Guidance Coach/ Public Speaker) Together, they delivered a comprehensive program designed
to inspire and equip attendees with actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.
They managed to bring a fresh perspective on career growth, highlighting the importance of continuous
learning, networking, and personal branding. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises,
